Southern Oregon Education Service District

Southern Oregon Education Service District (SOESD) is the fiscal sponsor and employer of record for Southern Oregon Success.  SOESD was a founding partner in 2011 and is the lead agency for the Regional Achievement Collaborative (RAC), as well as the Early Learning Hub and College and Career for All.  SOESD serves 13 school districts in Jackson, Josephine and Klamath Counties, providing services and leadership to provide equitable education to all students.

Southern Oregon Success is led by volunteer leadership who demonstrate their commitment to the children, youth, and families of Jackson and Josephine Counties on a daily basis.  Our volunteer leadership drives the Southern Oregon Success agenda and rolls up their sleeves to do whatever’s needed to move things forward.  We are grateful for their continuing support!
